Affiliate Disclosure

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

What that means

Some links on this site go to Amazon. If you buy something after following one of them, Amazon pays me a small commission. The price you pay is exactly the same as it would be without the link.

What it does not mean

No brand pays for a place in a guide here, and no brand sees an article before it goes up. If a tool is only worth buying for one particular job, I say so. If the cheap version is good enough, I say that too.

Where I recommend a type of tool rather than one specific model, that is deliberate: it means the brand matters less than knowing what to look for.

How links are marked

Every article that contains affiliate links carries a visible note under its title. Affiliate links themselves are marked up as sponsored links, and buttons that lead to Amazon say so plainly.

Prices

Prices on Amazon change constantly, so I don't quote them in articles. Check the current price on the product page before you buy.

Questions about any of this are welcome through the contact page.
